Terms of Use | Blackbeard's Barrels

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Blackbeard's Barrels ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

The Platform is a commercial introduction and brokerage service for the energy sector. We facilitate connections between buyers and suppliers of energy products. We do not trade as principal, hold title to any product, provide escrow services, or guarantee the completion of any transaction.

3. User Obligations

Users must: provide accurate and truthful information; maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; not use the Platform for unlawful purposes; and not submit false or misleading information.

4. No Transaction Guarantee

The Platform facilitates introductions only. We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a transaction. All commercial negotiations, contracts and payments are the sole responsibility of the counterparties involved.

5. Commission

Commission is payable to Blackbeard's Barrels upon successful completion of a brokered transaction. Commission rates are agreed in writing before any introduction proceeds. No commission is payable if no transaction is completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements and branding on the Platform are the property of Blackbeard's Barrels. Users may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbeard's Barrels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on information provided through it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, provision of false information, or suspected involvement in unlawful activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
