Create your account by registering your company details, specifying whether you are a buyer, supplier, or both. We collect essential information including company name, country of operation and contact details.

Registration is free and takes approximately 5 minutes. Once registered, you gain access to the member dashboard where you can manage your requirements and offers.

Submit detailed buying requirements or supply offers through our structured forms. Include product specifications, volumes, delivery terms (Incoterms), preferred locations and pricing parameters.

The more detail you provide, the more accurate our matching can be. Standard commercial terminology is used throughout — no maritime jargon in the serious bits.

Our matching system analyses your requirements against the registered counterparty database. Potential matches are identified based on product type, region, volume compatibility and specifications.

Before any introduction proceeds, both parties undergo appropriate verification checks. This may include company registration verification, sanctions screening and documentation review.

Following mutual consent and verification, we facilitate a professional introduction between matched parties. From this point, commercial negotiations proceed directly between the counterparties.

Blackbeard's Barrels does not participate in or guarantee the outcome of any commercial negotiation. Our role is complete once a successful introduction has been facilitated.
